Where will you deliver to?
We only deliver to residential addreses in New Zealand.

When will my order arrive?
Usually 3-4 working days at most, in some cases goods may arrive in 2 working days. If an item is out of stock then we will contact you with a delivery date. In this case you are free to cancel your order without penalty.

Which courier company do you use?
We use a number of different courier companies.

What happens if I'm out when the courier arrives?
This depends on the courier company making the delivery. Some companies will leave a card providing contact details so you can make arrangments for the package to be redelivered or picked up. Other companies may leave the item at the door.

Can you deliver to PO box?
We generally do not deliver to PO Boxes. Our policy is to deliver to the residential address of the customer. Please contact us to discuss delivery arrangements.

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges to North Island : $10

Shipping charges to South Island : $20

Rural area (RD) Add $5

I received the items I ordered but where is the invoice and paperwork?
In order to ensure speedy delivery, sometimes items will be shipped directly from the distributor. A link to the invoice will be sent to you in the confirmation order email. You can print this if you require.

You told me that all the items I ordered were shipped, so why did the package I receive only contain part of my order?
If your order is for multiple items that we source from different distributors, it may arrive in several separate deliveries.
