We offer 3 methods of payment:
- Credit Card through PayPal Processing
- Bank Transfer or Direct Credit and of course
- Cheque (Cashiers, Bank Cheque, and Personal cheques).
When you buy a product from eSound Ltd., this is the process we follow for the payment:
Credit Card: When we receive your online order from our ordering page on the website, you will be provided with a secure link to our payment gateway - PayPal, in order to submit your payment.
You can feel safe shopping at eSound.Payment via PayPal is our preferred Credit Card payment method, for a few important reasons:
We are notified of your payment instantly, and your product will be dispatched on the same day.
PayPal is extremely secure,
In case you were not aware of how PayPal works, here is a brief explanation:
- You receive a money request from us, via PayPal
- You send payment to PayPal via credit card on their
secure website
- PayPal deposits that money into our account
- We are notified that you have paid via automated email from PayPal
- Your product is on its way.
- All this within a day of payment.
Bank Transfer / Direct Credit:Select 'Direct Credit/Cheque' as your desired way to pay when you are at the check out. You will then be provided with our bank account details in order to submit your payment via bank transfer. As soon as we receive that payment, your product is dispatched. We will send you an email to confirm the transfer.
Cheque:
If you are choosing to pay by Cheque, select the Direct debit/Cheque option for payment at the check out. You will then be provided with the address to which the cheque is to be sent. If you select to pay with a bank cheque, as soon as we receive that payment, your product will be dispatched.
However, paying with a personal/company cheque results in us holding the cheque until it clears through the bank (5 working days).
