Does eSound accept returns, give refunds or provide exchanges? It depends on the reason for the return and how long you have had the item. If you simply ordered the wrong product, but notify us within 7 days and return the product in its original undamaged packaging, then usually you can expect a full refund. After 7 days a restock fee of 20% may apply. If the item is faulty and you notify us within 7 days of delivery, the item will usually be replaced, although in some cases a refund may be possible. If the item develops a fault after the first 7 days it will usually be treated as a warranty issue. Repair or replacement will be arranged, but it is unlikely that we would consider a full refund for warranty issues. Of course you also have all the protection of the Consumer Guarantees Act if you are a consumer rather than a business.
How do I arrange for an item to be returned?Send us an email at
